No. Read the bit about "minitrial", if anyone stumps up 10k it will only take a creationist judge to loose the money.
At which point the guy says "look it proves the bible is the real word if god".
Alternatively no one stumps up 10k and he gets to say "look it proves..."
Ironically over the last 1400 years genesis has evolved so it is basically impossible to disprove, and there are still enough arguments about evolution that it wouldn't be hard to rubbish every complete theory with another complete theory.
