I asked the seller to get a refund from royal mail but he told me his parcel wasn't insured but I'm guessing he didn't bother getting proof of postage ..
Wasn't willing to give me a full refund as he had lost out ..
I accepted his offer of a partial refund so just got £10 back so not a total loss but here is what I will do in future
Pay PayPal fees
Pay for first class
If its expensive pay for recorded
If I post I already always always get proof of postage
Shame it turned sour
