It's a shame that the only bit you really need is the ribbon cable to connect the second HD, but they're hard to find for cheap over here, so it's £32 from here, or £23 from US eBay.
I just got the kit in the end, but if you can find the ribbon cable for a reasonable price and want the tools, let me know and you can borrow them.
