I would have saved myself much time if I had access to as much machinery as he had. Had to to all my tube cutting and mitres by hand.

Still, anyone who can weld stainless steel is right by me.

Trials is weird. Like freestyle skateboarding. I wonder if it will start to become more flowy, more about actually moving around from place to place. Freestyle died cos all the tricks got co-opted by street skaters, switch skating, doing techy stuff whilst doing big burly tricks down stairs and shit, made freestyle look like showpony stuff.

Film looks nice. I'm into it.

@Yoav, he has built bikes and all sorts of other exciting contraptions for many years, with scrappy tools... this is the beautiful workshop at Naked Bikes, where he used to work...
