Yes they do patrol there sometimes, but i've not seen them since last summer when one of the shorter ones tried to give me a stern lecture for being more advanced than the revving traffic behind me.

It's not happened, since I generally stick to the rules, but I'd like to think I could get away from any filthy law keeper that came after me waving a fine.
