Original colour was metallic emerald green, If I were a framebuilder I'd sort it but otherwise exceptional wall-art! -

I have Nicoletti frame with same lugs, and found that Bottechia also used these lugs,in real headtube looks really amazing

I have this unusual Chesini,
Lovely ornate head tube, embossed logo on down tube, internal gear cable.
Campag SS shifter.
Running on excellent condition retro 26 wheels
but will accept 700 / 27
( noodle bars in pic just for show, I can include a set of 3TTT f.o.c.)
BUT:
slight ripple underside top tube and splay in seat stay ( not a crack, maybe to allow freewheel clearance? )
So £185 or offer as a project?
If this is way out, tell me.
