1) Bought this Turbo trainer of Roymund a few weeks ago. Got round to opening it and mounting my bike etc. to find that the resistance function is busted as well as the resistance lever. Other than that, it's cheap and cheerful - whack a bike on it and spin your heart out. Literally unboxed, used once, put back again! £30 (bought for £50) Comes with riser block.

4) Giro helmet - Medium - red / black / white. No dents and plenty of life left. My head is 60cm which is kind of maxing it out. It goes down a lot further!! I reckon 52/53cm min. £15

Will not post the turbo trainer or the helmet - pickup in N16 Stoke Newington or can deliver to East beers.

Yeah photo's all good...I'm afraid I'll be holding out for a sporty-er helmet (vanity is a terrible thing) since my one is actually functional. Good luck with the sale mate
