Think you need to have an induction at HH.

Then you should find the induction very easy.

The induction is not about you having confidence in others but about the coaches having confidence in your abilities. All tracks require inductions. You should be grateful as it means that those riding with you will also be familiar with track safety. It doesn't take very long.

You do if you're doing 'basic' training or doing an induction where you'd be shouted at for speeding off into the distance anyway.
