I did consider the weight penalty, but decided that if my training sees me lose 5kg between now and July, I can live with extra kilos here and there.
the roughly 3kg F+F dry weight, isnt bad for a tourer, but isnt exactly a thoroughbred crapbon bullet tt bike either.
