Mainly because for some reason they use standard geometry on the taller Bob Jackson with little altercation to reduced the flex, even Jammy found out the hard way and sold it almost straight away.
There was a huge article by Zinn who's pretty much the person to go to when it come to taller rider, the bigger a normal geo bicycle become, the more it no longer a triangle but a square.
