Rob sure is a great salesman, bet he could sell the polish air thats trapped in the packaging as an extra feature as well.
Though you could of course clear coat powder coating, you couldn't powder coat the clear coat over it, since it would have no metal to stick too. You could use other sorts of clear coat paint, but I don't think it would really do any good at all, it wouldn't improve the powder coated layers 'stick' to the frame at all. since its just like a shell it can chip quite easy
