Isn't Saturday the last day games can be played?
What if the winner isn't decided in time for the end if league party?!
AFAIK the league winner should be decided, Badgers play goons and Goons play GREEN before saturday

Here's a possibility, it's still a 3 horse race, If Badgers beats Goons and Goons beats Green, it will all go down to goal difference! Hence Badgers v. Goons this Thursday at Mitch is the penultimate (the other game which might decides the title other than Green v. Goons) game to watch!

Nik 16.35
Dave 17.48
Jimmy 23.31
Matt 24.20
Ben 24.58
Antonio 26.33
Nik 31.00Half time: Dark & Stormy 11, Doughballs 6
Antonio 31.38
Dave 35.42
Felix 36.19
Antonio 41.06
Julia 48.40
Matt 54.26Final score: Dark & Stormy 14, Doughballs 9
A hectic first half, with a determined D&S clocking up seven without reply before Doughballs marshalled their resources, digging deep to bring back three in a row, then three more. D&S were playing high but getting away with it and got the best of the last five minutes to take it to 11-6. Second half was equally keen but tighter play kept the numbers down, both teams scoring only three apiece in 30 minutes, and two final goals from Julia's babies could not close the gap.
Top game all round with everyone trying to work to each other's strengths. Antonio's calm possession and eye for the net was a big part of the win but MVP goes to Nik for tireless hassle, cleaning duties and constant backhand diagonals that opened the court for well-placed team mates.
Lovely clean game, reffed by Louis but I did the paperwork, so there.

The game was pretty clean, so reffing was basically just shouting the score and time every so often.
Rick taking down the scorers and times did more than me particularly after the write up!
Was a good game, the score only really reflects the first ten minutes of the game where dark and stormy were relentless while dough balls were unlucky. Matt had three shots in those first ten minutes that either hit the post or went just the wrong side of them.
If you look at the rest of the game it was actually very even and I don't think dark and stormy were in any way sitting back on their lead, they were attacking often with three up for most of the game.
Thanks also to Matt and Mark for goal reffing.
