Wanted: 10 speed rear wheel and saddle

I have a pair of Mavic Aksiums (2007 version). It'll need a mavic spacer (£3 from Chainreaction) to run 10sp. Lot of life in bearings and rims but I'd need to post them (adding probably £12).
