Use the move tool, start moving it, then enter absolute coordinates in [square,bra,kets]
To accurately move something more complicated than a point, first use the select tool to select all the bits of it, then when you move a point on it, the whole component will move to place the point where you specify.
Entering the brackets and separators is a bit of a pain, but the closing bracket is optional.
