Heisenberg's uncertainty principle at play, you can't know its position and its movement at the same time.
I can do everything that help page describes with the free version (Win XP). Start a line with the mouse, get it pointed where i want, without any more clicking just type the length and press return.
Or start a line with the mouse and then just type the end coordinates.
I worked out how to set the size. Is there no way of changing the size when you've created the object?
I can't find a way to place an object at (x,y,z ft) 1,2,4. It just tells me that I've moved the object 6ft from the position I created the object in. Which could be anywhere.

I'll just stick to Inkscape and my 2D drawings.
