VB, it seems you keep tweaking the rep system to penalise those who willfully use it for joking/spiteful purposes, which then also sees those who use it with a bit more consideration being smashed over the head, because of the formers capriciousness.
It doesn't seem right or fair, though I could be a whining child in a sea of HTFU, but I'm thinking there must be a way to seperate joking from real frustration/aggravation.
