Purchased this a few months ago and I don't have time to finish it!
Fairly sure it's 853 as it's SUPER light.
It's been very carefully media-blasted (not shot-blasted) to literally just take the paint off. It's been cut from a 60cm to a 54 and just needs the seat-clamp cluster brazing back on. It's in my workshop and I'll get more details tomorrow, but pretty sure it's now 54square. Takes 700c rear with mega tight clearance, fairly sure front end is 650:
It does need forks and seatpost doing, but this could be a very cheap lo-pro for someone.
I can get the cluster brazed, frame painted and source some forks if you don't fancy doing it yourself :)
