My first thought was a British builder. In the early 90's Ribble, Sirrius & Terry Dolan all built Lo-Pro's with horizontal TT's and gussets.
Chris Boardman had a white Ribble back in '93 with some massive gussets just like those.
Since shame mentioned Takhion, it's worth checking other Eastern Bloc builders, Textima/Diamant/Favorit - I'm not an expert on these but it may be worth a look. -

thank you Branwen & Rik.

Hello.
I've been trying to i.d. this rather nice 1950s frame. Pics here:
http://s912.photobucket.com/user/a111r/library/new%20531%20frame#/user/a111r/library/new%20531%20frame?page=1&_suid=13638278907030275664187717904Bought off ebay recently as a complete bike, now stripped, tat discarded / sold.
Best guess so far is a H.E. Green. Initially I was thinking it may be a Gillott but some marque experts have pointed me toward Green.
Any others ideas?
Cheers.
Hi, I bought what seems to be a 650c campa shamal rear wheel. Unfortunately the hubs incomplete, lacking some bearings n stuff. Now that this is my first encounter with campa wheels I have no idea what parts i need to get to make this spin again. Any ideas ? Cheers
