You can do it in SRMwin, I imagine you can do it in GC also- if you change the zero-offset it'll rescale the power recording.
If you plot your values on a graph does the curve look "right"?
i.e. are the values simply inflated (which suggests incorrect slope or zero offset) or are they all over the shop?
