  • the kiss of death, mikes new nickname

  • OK I changed it :)

  • Yeah, but the original has already been quoted. You can't erase history, just talk about it.

  • Yarklad, still miss Gross, think he could have done a decent job, if the press hadn't got on his back so early, partly the reason why I'm supportive of AVB...

Don't like being favourites, we haven't built up the reserves of confidence, and mental strength to go into things as favourites and do a job just yet, another couple of seasons of playing well and winning things under pressure and maybe, but right now..

Would have preferred a tougher tie, only slightly knocking Basel, which meant we would have had to knuckle down, and make sure we don't get too big for our boots..

A tougher tie? You got smashed last night. If our favourite writer is correct we need to stop thinking about the away goal....

  • A lot.

  • This month's blizzard has a fucking ace article about Zlatan.

    I now love him. Unconditionally.

  • Everton 1 v 2 Man City
    Aston Villa 1 v 2 QPR
    Southampton 1 v 3 Liverpool
    Stoke 1 v 1 West Brom
    Swansea 1 v 0 Arsenal
    Man Utd 3 v 1 Reading

    Sunderland 1 v 0 Norwich
    Tottenham 2 v 1 Fulham
    Chelsea 1 v 3 West Ham
    Wigan 2 v 1 Newcastle

  • Chalfie, a tougher tie in that we couldn't rest on our laurels. We thought it was all done and dusted against Inter, they came to play for pride, and we thought we just had to show up to walk into the next round. Got complacent we did, and when they scored, the momentum swung in their favour, till we wrested it back in extra time...

A tougher tie, Lazio or Benfica would concentrate the mind, and force us to play as we know we can, rather than thinking we just have to be on the pitch to win...

  • and you've got bale back

  • Dicki, you'd love to still be in European competition...

  • yup I miss the old champions league music

  • hehe

    .

  • Minus Internet points if you didn't read that in Yoda's voice.

    Rep also, good work Lansley.

  • So, since November, only Man U and Spurs have a better record than Liverpool. If we keep this up, next year...

    #winningthestats

  • All the teams around us have tough games today, I'm hoping for 5th place tonight.

Do you think anyone could tell the difference at the Old Trafford press conference?

  • reading a bleacher report story about liverpools best 5 games of the season some of the stats listed in the article made me double take

    youngest premiershit team since 2004
    shot on target
    clean sheets

we are fucking winning the stats I tells ya

  • They might as well hand the 2014 premier league title to Steven Gerald now because no one can compete with those stats.

I'm off to York city vs Port Vale today. Potentially my last league match at bootham the way we are playing..

  • This ref is a bit shit

  • Everton done out of a goal too
