Don't know about exact weight, but the last time I picked up an All-City Nature Boy Zona Limited (Columbus Zona tubing), it really surprised me. It did have a carbon fork and carbon wheels though.
The fork is the first place where you really slash the weight of a steel rig imo. I've gone for an EC70X on my Pompino but it's not a weenie build (obviously!).
