Really need some wider rims to work better with the 29c tyres, have to set them at a higher pressure than normal which doesn't absorb the road vibration that well, stiff frame give me confident that when loaded, the bikepack stuff will soften it a tad.
Unusually I now understand why people have thick bar tape on modern alu/carbon bike after riding it for a decent amount of time, it managed to untwang my twisted shoulder muscle that have been bothering me for a week which was a very pleasant surprise and allow me to lower the stem more.
Size wise, it's spot on with 100mm stem and a decent saddle height, spending all days looking at geometry charts clearly paid off in the end, unladen (12-25), gearing is surprisingly spinny, but would need a 28t when the time come (and a longer cage derailleur), but generally, I doubt I'll change anything when it feel pretty idea beside the wheels and gearing.
It's great being able to not put a lots of effort in every pedals stroke to get it to respond, just a slight push is all it needed, but felt slow when I had the awful 23c on originally.
So far so good.

Sadly, it'll be anti very soon as I didn't get on with the saddle and will change it soon, the only bonus is that it's titanium...
