I got some of these recently. They give a pretty standard drop on a 700c wheel, weigh 850g and look decent. Good customer service from the seller too. They're drilled for nutted, rather than modern allen-bolt brakes, but that was dead easy.
Edit: they're "Akisu" branded, who did produce forks for some decent bikes, so they're not completely unknown.

Ok, here's some photos of 700c wheels on those forks. The tyre is a 25mm Schwalbe Lugano. As you can see I had to put the blocks all the way up on my (Tektro R316) calipers which have a nominal max drop of 57mm. I measured the drop as about 50mm as described here.
So they're definitely not track forks. There's plenty of room for mudguards but they don't look like a 700c wheel in a 27" fork.
