    I'd be surprised if you couldn't hold that SF.

    Bear in mind that I use alu nips, and latex inners. So I'm uddles more efficient.

    To be blunt, but fair at 90kg I'd worry nowt about training and more about losing weight.

    As you are talking about riding up hills.

    86Kg, and 5'7". So you're right.

    But I have a 2 day rugby tournament next weekend, and I've evaluated that being an underweight rugby forward is more painful than being an overweight cyclist.

    That said. I will look to get down as much as possible inbetween.
