@Indra Basic sessions, from my limited chances to ride them over the last couple of years, can sometimes be a but chaotic to start, but often got a pretty good rhythm going once things settled down. I would say there have been quite a wide range of abilities in the group, so managing us must be pretty tricky. The coaches are really brilliant, make sure you listen to them.
Intermediate training looks like it's got better and faster over the last couple of years from spectating point of view, but maybe I've just got more appreciative, through riding basic sessions, of how disciplined and smooth riding is actually not as easy as it may seem.
