This is a silver metal computer desk/trolley thing, originally from either Habitat or Heals. The mdf keyboard shelf slides out, and the perforated steel top and bottom shelves are removable for cleaning.

It's too big to be bicycled, but It is now disassembled so you can stick it in a cab quite easily
