Hi thanks for all the replies :)
I now found most parts via an old bike sold elsewhere. But I do still need:
36 or 38 cm handlebars period correct (cinelli would be nice, as stem is cinelli)
super record brake levers (found brakes) ideally with hoods in ok/good nick as hoods alone are £25 to replace
