You have a 2x7 speed system = 14 gears, but the shifters you want are a 2x for the front derailleur, and a 7x for the rear, which is a set.
If you can't find a 2x7 set, then the easiest might be to move to a 8 speed free wheel:

suggests that you should be able to fit an 8 speed free wheel on your existing hub.
