iirc you can use italian on british steerers but not the other way round

or is it the other way round?

Sheldon's site reckon's they'll work on either. So I guess either English or Italian will do. (If things go wrong sure I'l only have myself to blame)

Yep that looks right. Is the rust very bad? Do you think it can be removed or has the chrome started to flake off?

Formatting Help

Tips:

Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----

That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
