yeah that 100ish euros for a white ind. freewheel is pretty painful. But I'd say it adds so much functionality to the bike it is justified. A bit cheaper probably would be to get road/cx wheelset with cassette freehub, but I already have a set of open pros laced to miches without a bike to put them into
