Totally. Was contemplating returning to my Hackney roots a few years back as I've always had fond (probably rose tinted) memories of mid 90s life in the Homerton area as a student and post uni chancer. I stupidly allowed myself to get talked into getting into a Foxtons mini at one point and had the very extreme displeasure of being shown comically tiny £1500 a month bedsits on Hackney Road by a 12 year old cunt in a shiny suit. Have been (very happliy) migrating souther and easter ever since.
