Thanks, Colm, though I don't think I quite understand how "a large adjustable wrench with a long thick bolt" remove the locking collar on each side of the bottom bracket?
I was thinkink of a cone spanner / wrench on the right side and maybe a tool like Lifu 0300 on the other?
