Right, is it a flip flop hub? So does it have a thread on the other side with a reverse thread next to it for the lockring?
You'll just need the cog, a lockring that'll fit the hub, chainwhip for putting the cog on and a lockring tool to secure the lockring.
Just get a decent cog, I use whatever branded ones but you can go fancy if you want.
