Well, a strip down and service will often be £100 - £200, and spares prices often depend on supply. Rare spares can be incredibly expensive, even simple things like bracelet links.
I suppose your repair alternative could be to go to a watchmaker directly, and see if they can source a bezel, or buy a donor watch to give them.
I wouldn't go via a jewellers personally, as they are only going to mark up the price.
