Not sure what you need? would advide you if the seatpost is stuck and the right height for you, just leave it alone and ride as is! if you dick around with mods on a seatpost remember you're balls and Ahole are in grave danger if it fails!
On the BB side if its old, possibly with a cottered crank I would just borrow an angle grinder (or a decent hacksaw) and cut the bastard off! then just use a centre punch and the biggest hammer u got to whack the BB round ..and off
