It's a steel frame , in the right hands it could get straightened out, the dent will always be there.
You could try and make a cheeky offer.
One of the 'lads' at colour tech (Ron Cooper or Barry Witcomb) could straighten that out.

As you say, it is steel, so could be bent back. I'm just not sure if it'll have fucked the welds as it's fillet brazed.
