Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Do you ride on the A13 Ed? I've done it a couple of times but I get scared. Traffic goes a bit to fast and a bit to close for me.

It's not that bad as a rule.. I found I was getting into more scrapes along that cycle path as cars pull out everywhere.
