The backpack is ready to go, it's just a case of sorting out a few pieces of hardware and then we'll be all good.
Are a bunch of you guys after this sort of thing? I might be arranging a kind of private presale to help get the bag off the ground properly. Let me know in a PM. Photos of the final prototype coming soon.

The price will be 100, the pre-sale guys will get something extra too like a pouch to say thank you.
It measures 55x28x17. This equates to about 28l, but it definitely feels more like a 30L due to the hiking style cinch top on the inside. It has open side access pockets, a flat zippered front pocket and a pocket in the top flap accessed by a zip above the bag straps.
As for photos of the straps, more coming at the start of next week. They're pretty standard straps, with a sliding sternum strap (though that won't be pictured in these presale photos) as this piece of hardware is one of the items I'm having to special order. The pre-sale is mainly making sure I have a few expensive tools I need in time for the launch.
There's also a 50mm triglide on the strap ear for attachment of a waistbelt (not really for cycling, good for ski trips and hiking/walking).

All of the accessories are, but the mini messenger and the daysack aren't and never will be.
A big part of why these kind of products have such a high market value is cos of the supply chain. So I decided to cut that out so my prices could remain competitive and still of top quality.
My main shops are Urban Cyclery and Charlie the Bikemonger, tho I've got product in several other stores.

That's great... I ask 'cause I wanted the mini messenger to use on Sunday and I wasn't sure it'd arrive in time. Are you guys in London? Is collection possible? No worries if not.

Bummer.

Will be spring time (month or two) I reckon, it's nearly there, bag almost designed itself didn't really give me any grief!
I love both bags but this is more on/off bike.
