For Sale: Condor Tempo 55cm

For sale: 2007 (I think) Condor Tempo 55cm steel frame in red with Carbon forks. Owned by me since 2010.
Frame & forks in very good but used condition - pictures should give you a good idea. So by no means perfect with some small chips here and there, particularly around the rear dropouts, but nothing dramatic & it has been very well looked after generally.
A great bike - used for regular commuting to which it is perfectly suited.
There are several online reviews which rate it very highly.

Wheels Weinmann DP18 on Fixed/Free Miche Primato Hubs/ 32F32R / Silver w/Condor 16T cog & lockring - ALL BRAND NEW

Gatorskin Ultra 25C tyres - BRAND NEW

I am 178cm/5ft 10" and fits me perfectly.
Collection only from Highbury N5. Strictly no posting - sorry!

So, the ugly part:
I would like ****PRICE DROP - NOW £400 ****- as shown (total build cost would be approx £1200 to above spec - frame w/forks new is now £600). Will consider sensible offers, of course.
Willing to split depending on interest and who-wants-what, but would prefer complete sale if possible.
