Tourney: Cambridge for the UK champs 2013

After a Cambridge Bike polo meeting last night, we have decided that we would like to host the UK champs 2013.
we Planning on hosting it on the weekend of the 25-26 May.
It would be a two court tournament, court size is unconfirmed at the moment, but they would be around 20-40m as we will be building them. we have 2 locations on the cards at the moment, one is a large concrete open space, which we would build the courts on, this has toilets, changing room etc....pictures here
the other is a central location that we are working on obtaining and should hear back from in the next few weeks.
this of course being the uk champs will be an open tournament to the uk, with no cap on teams.
format would be 4-6 swiss rounds on the first day, depending on how many teams we have to accommodate to, with the top 18 continuing through to the double elimination on the second day.
accommodation will be available to teams traveling the furthest and also depending on which court location there maybe an option of near by camping.
we are open to feed back at this time, and would like to confirm that this will be the uk champs by the end of this week if we can, so we can confirm with are locations asap. the date is the only thing that is not that negotiable as it is the only weekend cambridge can host a tournament before the euros etc....
