Well it might be the 2012 actually, the previous owner had downtube braze on's added to give him the option of running fiction shifters.

He then had it powered coated a rather nice dark blue, had it treated with Dinitrol and promptly decided he didn't want it.

your housemate would say it is the right size, or describe this as a compact frame, but he'd have risers on it
