The rest of the diameters are fairly standard, I think it's just the weird steerer. Not sure what the bottom bracket size is, but the front one comes with it, it just needs a rear. There are a couple of tiny bumps but nothing more than you'd expect from an old frame.
The weekend is fine, yeah.
