Maybe? it's the bit that is kind of right against the bars, theres a toothed metal cog type affair that fits over a post, then a plastic toothed piece that has a hole for the cable to run through, then the spiral spring coil. I'm quite certain how it goes back but the problem is coiling it tightly enough so that it aligns as it should while maintaining sufficient tension. I figured needle-nose pliers, but so far I am too inept. The Stella didn't help surprisingly.
