6months of work(2-3 sprays a week, sanding, curing)

looks a 'million dollars' on a bright sunny day, or late at night with street light bouncing off the paint.

pictures dont do it justice. the paint has some chips, if Im honest I dont know exactly how it will weather over time. it feels smooth to the touch, I went up to p2000 and then liquid polish. there are silver specks under gold under silver which are suspended in clear laquer, with different shades of metallic underneath. a very nice 3d effect.

its been used on the road 3 times and kept in my flat, weather has been very nasty here in Ireland, its a summer day bike. no dents or damage, paint was very good when I got it but wanted to try something different, then it became an obsession to get perfect, many trips to the paint store, probably more paint sprayed around the frame than on the frame, and my lungs hated me for a while till I got a proper mask.

no pitting in the headset, new grade25 bearings installed, these are loose as it doesnt come with a retainer, pain in the arse to install. packed full of rock n roll grease, contamination free.

bb threads fine. chrome is very good/excellent. no rust, just usual imperfections from something this old.

DDR Diamant made their own tubing and lugs, the seat cluster takes a 24mm seatpost tho the seatube could have taken 26mm+

im including a 400mm 24mm seatpost as shown in picture, it was new before installation and still mint.

hand filed, shaped and polished stronglight crankset possibly available
