The Mail has a particularly corrosive, envy and insecurity driven agenda that really does make me feel a bit grubby after reading anything in it.
It's also quite schizophrenic- and self contradictory.
In fact it's a cracking example of "right-think", as it positively encourages the reader to hold multiple contradictory opinions in mind at the same time, which in some ways is quite impressive:
