After weeks of waiting and the guys from DZR allegedly forgot to bring me my replacement shoes from the US when they visited London, they got Always Riding to send me my replacement pair on Wed, 2 days after I asked them where are my shoes... I didn't even buy my shoes from them... Nice people from DZR but not efficient and organized enough for my liking.
