Guided rides around Epping Forest ( aka Follow the strange tall man into the woods )

Had a nice walk around the forest this morning. Lovely to meet mmccarthy and Shoosh for tea and cake afterwards :-)

I looked at a few of the hillier trails and wondered how the hell I'm ever going to ride up them on my singlespeed :-/

Won't be too bad I suppose; especially as Indra will be carrying all my supplies for me.

Twas nice to meet you guys also! Was very muddy today, but good fun. Now my legs are sore, not quite as sore as they will be tomorrow I wager...
