You should all have PMs. Shit has been absurdly complicated here and I entrusted the posting of these to a friend. Seems that was a bad decision (and entirely my fault) and I am going to try my hardest to rectify that ASAP.
I haven't personally logged in for several weeks so I can only assume that a friend (I do share my laptop on occasion) has browsed/pulled up LFGSS with my account still logged in.

he hasnt been posting on the main forums so it seems he's encountering genuine problems, he's a sound guy and wont be fucking you over, just be patient and wait for him to get back to you. whatever personal problems he's having, they probably aren't best combined with the stress of trying to split a bike and send parts from japan but that seems to be the situation, don't make it harder for him. obviously this isn't how you go about selling things properly and i can see why you are all becoming increasingly frustrated, but just cut him a bit of slack.

This isn't how I like to deal and I take full responsibility for it being a generally sub-par experience. I have my reasons but I won't make excuses - I fucked up, and I apologise.

Faraz: I have now...
The problem was with my UK bank, not my Paypal account. Trying to sort that out from another country, when they want you to provide stuff that is located in your home country, is a total fucker. I hope you can appreciate that it takes time. I wish you'd have hung on until the end of your stated day to escalate the claim, but oh well.
You now have your refund, anyway.
