I have some more pictures for you guys and some more information.
The forks are indeed the original as the steerer has the same 'Goff' number stamped into it. The steel it is made from is still unknown to me but the frame, forks and the headset weighs only 2.4kg.
The wheelbase for the bike is 93cm, the seat tube is 57cm centre to top and the top tube is also 57cm centre to centre.
