  • My brother is one and he knows how to respond to a good DAS. Say hello.

  • Never seen a fixed gear rider in Worcester. Ever. I did see one out towards the Malverns once. He was a proper fixed gear rider though. Full steel, mud guards, sensible brakes and about 50 years of riding experience. I shouted DAS but I don't think he understood.

  • growing up in Hereford.....Worcester was like London to us!!

  • is bashton registered on here?

  • I was ejected from Hereford once. #csb

  • He may be, probably as owl father.

  • owl father who art in heaven?

  • Next rider I see I'm shouting at then....

  • Well, it is nice there.

  • It is well nice there. Double so that when i leave my Ma's house I'm on an empty B-Road that I never have to leave. You can go for miles and miles without stopping. Just a shame about the locals. They seem to think the bicycle is a piece of kit that kids ride...

growing up in ross on wye hereford was like london to us

    actually worcester is pretty shite
hereford = worcester or maybe even hereford is a little bit better ... older maps in the cathedral ... more cows at the cattle market .. slightly less flooding

glad when the counties were un-entangled and we went back to herefordshire and worcestershire as independants counties

    viva HFDS

    I grew up in Hereford!!

I don't have the accent though! It's actually really pretty. It's only when I go back now I appriciate it. A walk past the Cathedral towards Castle Street, then over the Castle Green, Vicky bridge and back along the river towards the Old Bridge is so pretty! So much green.

    Naughty but Nice, Crystal Rooms???

    Hereford thread??>>>>>?

  • early days of rave at the crystal rooms ... yeah went there a few times although ended up travelling for my raves

gold diggers in chippenham on a friday
rumours in evesham on a saturday and gas in cheltenham on a thurs
clyro court out near hay on wye was also a good one big names used to come to our small p[art of the world .. top buzz / slipmatt / grooverider

    good times

  • we definately need a hereford thread

    mappa mundi
    ..... ummm

well they've got the mappa mundi haven't they .. .thats surely enough

  • To be fair, there can't be many of us on here from Hereford. I might be wrong. I reckon a Hereford tread would last about 3 days! Just hijack this one for a couple of pages, if Mashton is ok with that?

I'm only 33. I never really went clubbing outside of Hereford whilst i was growing up. I was still at school then Sixth Form. I was probably a bit to young.

mappa mundi is pretty cool though, (like).

  • Hereford takeover.

    Burn them! ;-)

  • Me and my mate did London to Redditch again last summer, lovely ride, especially between Oxford and the Worcs borders, stopped for way too long in a pub to refuel with pies and lemonade, had REAL trouble getting going again
